ROMAN DE VERO
Based in Antwerp, where he maintains his own gallery, Roman de Vero’s works are held in prestigious private collections throughout home country Belgium as well as in London and across Europe.
Minimalism serves as the foundation for his work. He predominantly uses the papier mâché technique – a light, fragile but laborious process – which he enriches through experiments with structures, colors, light, shapes, and various recycled materials.
His inspiration moves fluidly between disciplines – painting, sculpture, and interior design.
The current series focuses on geometric forms, where his conceptual works are uniquely crafted from recycled paper with history.
His oeuvre embodies contrasts: changeability and sincerity, relativism and truth, optimism and doubt.
Through his art, he invites the viewer to engage in personal reflection and interpretation, as his work deliberately resists conventional rules or fixed meanings.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is confirmed, we will send you an email with the shipping details and a tracking number (if applicable).
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and size of the artwork.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Within the Netherlands/Belgium: 3-7 business days
For national shipping within the Netherlands/Belgium, HA GALERIE will contact you directly to arrange a preferred date and time for delivery, ensuring that you receive your artwork at a convenient time. - International: 7-21 business days (delivery times may vary based on location, customs clearance, and international shipping conditions).
NOTE: For international shipments, the artwork will be carefully rolled up and shipped in a secure tube. This method ensures that the canvas is protected during global transit. Upon receiving the artwork, you can have it re-stretched at a local framing service.
Shipping Carriers:
We work with trusted carriers to ensure that your artwork arrives safely and securely. Shipping includes insurance for the value of the artwork, providing full coverage during transit.
International Shipping:
We offer international shipping worldwide. Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost. These fees are determined by the customs office of the destination country.
2. Return Policy
Eligibility:
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your artwork. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without signs of wear or damage. Custom, discounted or commissioned artworks are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Non-returnable Items:
Custom-made, commissioned works, or pieces purchased with a discount during sales or promotional events cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error in the product.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, contact us at info@hagalerie.nl . Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned artwork, if it meets our return conditions, we will process a refund. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are currently unavailable. If you wish to order a different artwork, please follow the return process for the initial item and place a new order.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact me immediately at info@hagalerie.nl, providing clear photos of the issue.
I will work with you to either offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
