Meet the artist
GALERIE HISTORY
HA GALERIE is the newest chapter in my journey as an artist. It started with my first gallery, HA HA – Art in Everything, which I opened in Hoi An, Vietnam in 2016. HA HA continues to thrive, offering a unique space where art meets everyday life. Now, I’ve expanded my vision to the Netherlands, with HA GALERIE in The Hague.
HA GALERIE is both an art gallery and my personal studio, where I create the pieces you see on display.
This setup allows visitors to connect more closely with the artwork and the creative process behind it. Both of my galleries—one in Hoi An, Vietnam and now one in The Hague, The Netherlands—reflect my dedication to sharing bold and modern art with a diverse audience

Mission:
My mission at HA GALERIE is to connect people with bold, modern art. I aim to create a modern space where art lovers, collectors, and new visitors can experience works that are both personal and universal. Since the gallery is owned and run by me as the artist, every piece you see has a direct connection to the process behind it.
Vision:
My vision is to make HA GALERIE a leading artist gallery for contemporary art and beyond. I want to grow by continuing to share exciting exhibitions, collaborating with other artists (in the future), and reaching new audiences. HA GALERIE will always aim to inspire and challenge people through the art we showcase, while staying connected to the local and global art
Ha Duong
Founder & Artist
Born and raised in Vietnam, Ha Duong is now based in The Hague, where he creates and showcases his art at HA GALERIE. Originally working in architecture, Ha transitioned to a full-time art career in 2013, pursuing his passion for creating bold, dynamic pieces. In 2016, he opened his first gallery, HA HA – Art in Everything, located in the ancient town of Hoi An, Vietnam, which continues to thrive.
Known for experimenting with a variety of mediums, including black ink and vibrant acrylics, Ha’s artwork captures the individuality of his subjects in a unique and expressive way. His pieces convey a sense of joy and peace, often reflecting the rich spirit and cultural diversity of the people and places that inspire him.
Today, Ha runs HA GALERIE in The Hague, where his work is regularly on display. He believes deeply in the power of art to connect people and finds inspiration in the everyday beauty around us. For Ha, art is not just about what’s on the canvas—it’s about bringing people together through shared experience.
